New state-of-the-art Fitness Center and relaxing Massage Therapy
Head to our Ironworks fitness center for a vigorous, healthy workout on our state-of-the-art Nautilus Gold equipment.
The gym features a variety of cardiovascular equipment: Programmable Treadmill, Recumbent Cycle and Elliptical Cross Trainer.
The fitness center is now also "equipped" with a Starbucks Gourmet Coffee.
After a good workout, or a day on the trail, there's nothing more rejuvenating than our new Spa Treatments.

Swedish Massage. Long strokes, kneading and friction technique on the superficial layers of the muscles, and active and passive movements of the joints.
Deep Tissue Massage. Slow, deep finger, forearm or elbow pressure across the muscles, tendons and fascia,
Hot Stone Massage. A luxurious massage combined with deep heat therapy to loosen tight muscles, relieve stress and ease tension.
